Description: This technique is a lost jutsu, which no Uchiha should start with. Upon finishing a later quest that will come up, it will be possible for an Uchiha to learn the secret hand seals, and seal to undo the barrier around the lost Naka Shrine. - Doing so will cause the large stone slab, which remains unharmed in the ruins of the Uchiha area to lift up, and move aside. Doing so will also activate a barrier which will push aside all of the water in the immediate area (From the intense rain now in the Hidden Leaf). Revealing the hidden meeting hall of the Naka Shrine, as well as the location where the clans history and secret jutsu lay.
