The technique is considered highly effective, as, like the Hidden Mist Technique, it is shrouded enough to make it nearly impossible to see through, even with Dojutsu. - However this technique differs as it creates a very bitter cold, enough to make some people tremble. - This technique is also expelled from the users mouth, and not simply summoned as the easily mistaken Hidden Mist Technique.
