Description: This technique is a unique form of Storm Release, used much like Water Release. Upon use, the user will go through a string of hand seals, and then release a blast of liquid which glows intensely like lasers. After striking the ground, or a target, it spreads and creates an explosion of storm release, which will create a bright flash and fry the opponent. Its source is highly conducted water. The explosion itself looks much like a large sphere of light, and anything within the range of the light (inside of it) will be effected
